Hello everyone,

Today, we are excited to share the RSI Launcher 2.2.0 with everyone

RSI Launcher 2.2.0 can be found here:

This version focuses on the new feature, Game Location V2.
With this feature, you can now manage libraries where you can download games. The library you have been using so far will be set as your default library.
You can go into the settings to create new libraries in the storage section.
In the Setting Games section you can now select a locations for each channel based on the libraries you created.

  New Features:

• Game location V2 – You can download your game in different location and manage it.

 

  Fixed Issues:

• Settings: When typing on additional settings field, there is no delay to save the information
• Minor text adjustment on error text and 2F4
• LCH-90/231/333/877/1014 - Checking infinite game file
• fix on edge case when uninstalling game
• LCH - 1528 - typo in change location text
• added dialog to alert users of impact when changing default library or used library

 

  Known issues:

• Some users encounter a flickering Launcher background, which can be partially mitigated by turning off accessibility settings. Please look at this comment for a potential fix: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/spectrum/community/SC/forum/1/thread/rsi-launcher-2-0-6-release-notes/7279512
• LCH-661: 3001/3005 error may arise during the Base P4K download. Please verify or delete your game and restart download to resolve this issue.
• The Launcher sometimes fails to create the StarCitizen/Live folders for some users, leading to Error 2000, Error 5008, or Error 5010. Try creating the folder manually and running the Launcher as an administrator.
• LCH-1030: Launcher suppresses Screen Saver
